The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) was established in 1902. It is an international umbrella organization which governs over and sets standards for 26 womens' sororities over 620 campuses in the United States and Canada. NPC is the governing council for the four national sororities at Geneseo: Delta Phi Epsilon, Sigma Delta Tau, Sigma Kappa, and Alpha Sigma Tau.
