1. Buyers and sellers have often contacted agents over the past few years. Today that has changed; Paula, how are you getting in front of your potential buyers and sellers?

They reach out if they know you. Repeat referrals and sphere of influence are my main source of business. I see them in social circles and reach out to them as much as I can.

2. Are you doing anything else differently this year and how is it working?

No, I am doing the same thing I have always done in real estate. Staying in front of people.

3. What tools, resources, or information provided by RE/MAX Properties of the Summit and RE/MAX do you find most helpful?

I could do what I do somewhere else. But knowing RE/MAX is real estate without thinking about it can't be measured because it is so impactful. The RE/MAX brand is far wide and subliminal.

Punch Line: When I was having a for sale sign made for my

new listing the sign maker told me we don't need "For Sale" on it becuase I am part of RE/MAX. All we need is RE/MAX and your phone number.
