Flex-Temp Employment Services is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional!
If you’re organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and have solid accounting experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities Include: 🔹 Review, verify and process vendor invoices and expense reports
🔹 Reconcile vendor statements and credit card accounts
🔹 Prepare check distributions and ACH payments
🔹 Set up new vendors and maintain vendor records
🔹 Work with Purchasing and other departments to resolve invoice issues
🔹 Assist with month-end closing and reporting
🔹 Maintain accurate and confidential financial records
Qualifications: ✔️ Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field OR equivalent experience
✔️ 1–3+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
✔️ Knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
✔️ Accounting software experience; Microsoft Business Central is a plus
✔️ Strong attention to detail, organization and time management
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Looking for a solid Monday–Friday day shift with great pay? We’re seeking a dependable individual for a Sanitation/Prep position in a production environment.
💰 $20.00/hour
⏰ 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📅 Monday – Friday
What You’ll Do: • Clean and maintain production and process areas
• Help maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Complete assigned sanitation tasks and documentation
• Shovel, sweep, brush and perform general cleaning duties
• Work safely around machinery and production equipment
What to Expect: • Dusty environment with possible hot or cold conditions
• Loud machinery
• Stairs and man elevator use
• Some independent work
