We are looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Clerk in Freehold, NJ!
Duties:
-Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing phone etiquette and phone systems effectively.
-Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the system.
-Assist in filing documents and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
-Provide support to owner and to warehouse staff members as needed.
-Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
-Manage correspondence, including emails and physical mail, ensuring timely responses.
-Collaborate with team members on administrative projects to enhance office efficiency.
Qualifications
-Previous experience as a warehouse clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
-Strong phone etiquette skills with experience.
-Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Familiarity with office software applications is a plus.
-A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
**Bilingual in Spanish communication is required.**
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours:
40 per week
