Make an impact where compliance and national security intersect.

Matern Staffing is seeking a Compliance Specialist for an advanced security technology company in the Fredericksburg, VA region.

In this role, you'll help ensure compliance with government contracting regulations, export controls, and other federal requirements while supporting the organization's ethics and compliance programs. You'll collaborate with teams across contracts, legal, finance, HR, and security to identify risks, implement controls, and promote regulatory adherence throughout the organization.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year
