Our client is looking for a solid Oracle R12 HCM Functional resource with extensive experience in the Payroll and Absence MGMT modules. Experience with other HCM modules (Benefits, Enhanced Retro, Self Service, Accruals) is also needed. A resource with R12.2 experience is highly preferred. The consultant must have experience leading R12 HCM upgrades from initial set-ups to go-live. The client will also ask the resource to assist with development/technical work.
