Powder Coat Painter
M-F 6am-4:30pm w/ OT
18.00 an hr +depending on experience.
You will be wearing a full suit when spraying the chassis.
A respirator test will need to be conducted before you start
JOB IS IN MANSFIELD, TX
Essential Functions
1.Required to work in a booth setting utilizing a spray gun to coat the product
2.Determine project requirements, including scope and required methods and materials, according to blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions
3.Work closely with production, management and quality assurance personnel on adherence to establish quality standards per assignment
4.Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.
5.All other duties as assigned

6.Must demonstrate competency in coating procedures;
7.Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as is deemed necessary;
8.Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including coating gums, pumps, compressors, heating units, tape measures, etc.;
9.Must be able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds;
10.Must possess successful problem-solving skills;
11.Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.;
12.Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations;
13.Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day.
