Direct Hire/ Permanent Position - Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish
Financial company looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to grow into a Branch Manager position. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in making loans, processing payments, handling past due accounts, and soliciting for new business. Primary Duties:
Process credit loan applications, loan refinances and other loan documents
Solicit by phone and in person for loan business
Service accounts, including the processing of payments
Balance cash drawer daily and maintains correct amounts and denominations of money
Knowledge Skills & Ability Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish
No experience needed, willing to train!
Retail, hospitality, restaurant backgroung or right out of school will be considered.
Ability to provide excellent customer services and build relationships.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Must pass background screen.
