Summary: Direct and coordinate activities of production department and manufacturing area in processing materials or products by performing the following duties.


Overall Functions:

Interface with customer regarding defects, customer specifications/standards and quality.

IT Network Support Technician

Job Description:

IT Network Support Technician identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems and provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Must have intermediate advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, DHCP, WINS, DNS, MS Server, and Active Directory. The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for server support, system support, and documentation of issues, issue resolution and processes. Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely completion.

Perform upgrades to server and workstation hardware as needed.

Maintain user account information including access rights, security, and systems groups.
