Great lunch catch-up today with my friend Todd after years of life getting busy. We first met battling it out at the ping-pong tables, and now we’re teaming up on a community documentary project. I had the honor of meeting with Pat Sullivan (Executive Vice President, Employee Benefits) and Sabra (Client Service Executive), and this conversation was nothing short of phenomenal. The energy was high, the environment was welcoming, and their patience and clarity made a lasting impression.
