Hoosier Personnel Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Logistics Manager for a manufacturing company.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, transportation, inventory control, and logistics personnel within a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing operation.

What we’re looking for:
🔹 5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience in manufacturing
🔹 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
🔹 Strong leadership and team-development skills
🔹 Experience managing transportation, inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Plastics, packaging, or high-volume manufacturing experience is a PLUS!

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

Hoosier Personnel is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturer in Fort Wayne.

If you have experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or PLCs, we’d love to speak with you.

What You’ll Do

* Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
* Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machinery
* Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
* Complete scheduled maintenance activities
* Perform equipment adjustments to improve production efficiency
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment
* Work closely with production and engineering teams
* Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvements
* Document maintenance activities accurately

Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work experience preferred

✔ Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience

✔ Electrical troubleshooting

✔ Mechanical troubleshooting

✔ Hydraulics

✔ Pneumatics

✔ Welding & Cutting

✔ Preventive Maintenance

✔ Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

✔ Forklift experience preferred

✔ Strong problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

✔ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
