CareerSource Research Coast continues to drive meaningful results for our community! Comparing this year’s impact to last year, we’re seeing powerful momentum where it matters most:
✅ Higher wages for participants – Average annual wage gains increased to $34,111, up from $33,186
✅ More lives transformed – 814 individuals moved off public assistance, a significant increase from 647
✅ Stronger youth outcomes – Credential attainment rose to 88.4%, up from 84.1%
✅ Continued excellence – 100% of dislocated workers earned industry-recognized credentials for another year

While we continue to adapt to changing workforce needs, these gains highlight our commitment to helping individuals achieve sustainable careers and greater economic independence.
