My name is Amanda and I have 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a waitress in a small-town diner in Oklahoma. I have 10 years of experience in restaurant management which was spent in various concepts including Fast Casual, Casual, and Fine Dining restaurants. With over a decade of experience in management I knows the in and out that a restaurant manager faces, and the mentality required to succeed!
This knowledge coupled with my passion for developing talent aides me in my ability to source top tier candidates and boost them to their fullest potential. I believe in inspiring others by being a highly motivated and driven individual with a positive attitude. I enjoy traveling, visiting beautiful and historic locations with her other half, two children, and their two cats.
