According to SIA’s latest Pulse Survey, key segments experienced positive year-over-year revenue gains, with allied healthcare leading at 4%, followed by per diem nursing at 3%, locum tenens at 2% and travel nursing returning to 1% growth.
While the broader market faces sales friction, healthcare staffing remains tightly constrained by candidate supply, making talent recruitment the primary driver of success.
