(2) Two Maintenance Technicians needed for an estate located in Boca Raton, FL - Candidates must live close to Boca Raton, FL - Must have experience either in a private home or yacht (or worked for a trade that has worked in either). Must have longevity in previous positions. Must be fluent in English, have a clean background, and be able to pass a drug test. Duties include: Maintaining Vehicles, jet skis, and ATVs. clean pool decks, sidewalks, driveways, and lawns of debris, rake sand, refinish exterior furniture assist with basic carpentry, low voltage electrical, and plumbing, pressure washing, stainless steel polishing, care for exterior furniture, furniture covers, grills, windows, doors, and exterior entertaining areas, collect packages and run errands, troubleshoot issues around the property and grounds, break down boxes, take out trash and recycling, keep storage areas clean and organized, maintenance routines, filter, battery, and light bulb changes, hurricane preparation per policies and procedure.
