d to the Director of Crew Placement BSA. He served as Director for this major industry firm overseeing Crew Placement operations for their Fort Lauderdale, Newport, and European offices. Scott was also instrumental in building one of the industry's first "on-line global crew databases." This database was designed to enable crew to keep their files updated and current in a "real-time" environment. Having been involved with the maritime industry for the most of his life, Scott has developed a very large network to the benefit of his candidates and his agencies with whom he works to find the right person for the right job.
