This Fourth of July, we celebrate more than fireworks and cookouts.

250 years ago, on July 4, 1776, a declaration was signed, but the independence we celebrate today was earned through generations of Americans willing to defend it. Every generation has answered that call in its own way.

At GiaCare, we have the privilege of supporting those who continue that tradition by providing healthcare professionals who care for our nation’s service members, veterans, and military families. While they serve on the front lines and behind the scenes, we are proud to serve alongside them in our own way.

As we gather with family and friends this Independence Day, we also pause to remember those who have sacrificed to preserve the freedoms we too often take for granted.

From all of us at GiaCare, we wish you a safe, meaningful, and Happy Fourth of July.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at GiaCare!

Today we recognize and thank the fathers and father figures whose dedication, guidance, and support make a lasting impact on the lives of those around them.

We are especially grateful for the fathers serving in healthcare roles across military treatment facilities, caring for service members, veterans, and their families while balancing the important role of being a dad.

Wishing everyone a happy, relaxing, and well deserved Father’s Day.

Today, GiaCare honors Juneteenth, a day of freedom, reflection, and remembrance.

On June 19, 1865, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed, enslaved people in Galveston, Texas received the news that they were free. Juneteenth reminds us of the importance of freedom, justice, and the continued work toward equality.

Today, we honor the history, resilience, and contributions of Black Americans, including the healthcare workers, service members, veterans, and leaders who have helped shape our communities and our country.

As we observe Juneteenth, we reaffirm our commitment to dignity, respect, inclusion, and compassionate care for all.

Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. We are grateful for the opportunity to support those who serve and the healthcare teams who care for them.

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

May we always live worthy of their sacrifice, honor their memory, and never forget the brave Americans who paid the ultimate price.

GiaCare is proud to support Lyster Army Health Clinic and continue the mission of Brig. Gen. Theodore Lyster.

"It is one thing to build machines and train men to fly them, but another to maintain these men and machines in the air by the constant supervision necessary." - Brig. Gen. Theodore Lyster

Brig. Gen. Theodore C. Lyster, known as the “Father of Aviation Medicine,” established the first physical standards for pilots and aircrew and became the Army’s first flight surgeon?

This pioneering Army doctor’s legacy continues to inspire today at US Army Fort Rucker & AVCOE, home to Lyster Army Health Clinic, where aviation medicine teams support thousands of pilots and crew members, ensuring readiness and safety across the Army Aviation community.

Today we recognize the 111th Birthday of the United States Navy Reserve.

Established on March 3, 1915, the Navy Reserve has played a vital role in supporting our nation through times of war, crisis, and global operations. From World War I to today, Reserve Sailors have consistently stepped forward to serve when called.

These men and women balance civilian careers with military service, bringing experience, skill, and commitment to every mission.

GiaCare is proud to support those who serve and we thank the Navy Reserve community for their continued dedication to our country.

Happy Birthday, Navy Reserve.
