The establishment of The Pierce Group was a courageous leap, made possible by the belief of individuals like Danielle Trost, Madeline Pumariega, Mariel Guzman, etc. Thank you for all the support! I'm happy to say, I'm here to stay and more committed each day.

Join us on a Curated Annecy Animation Festival and Paris Studio Tours this Summer!

Curated Annecy Animation Festival + Paris Studio Tours, June 10-20th, 2023.

Open to students and recent alums, this once-in-a-lifetime experience will include:

- Insurance, Festival Pass, and a mapped-out plan
- All ground transportation
- Accommodation & breakfast
- Welcome dinner in Annecy, and a goodbye dinner in Paris
- A Paris experience (as a local)
- 2 Studio visits in Paris (studios TBD)
- Our support, and coaching before and during the trip

We are veterans working with high-profile animation employers and are happy to introduce our participants to our extended network while sharing the art of effectively navigating the conference! We both have organized and led educational/professional field trips similar to this one before. Sarah also worked at the Annecy Festival last year as a recruiter for Mikros.

Great Opportunity for Intern architects and Project Architects!

Working with a high-end custom residential architecture and interior design firm that is for two positions in two different offices.
The first job is a talented full-time Intern Architect to join their growing, fast-paced team in Charlottesville, VA, and Annapolis, MD. Most projects are 5 million+. They work on They do exceptional work on luxury homes.

Here is a typical project overview. "Waterfront retreat, this estate combines quiet sophistication and unapologetic romanticism. The residence, located on Maryland’s idyllic Eastern Shore, encompasses 44,000 square feet of luxury … the epitome of grandeur in the form of a private sanctuary. Stunning gardens and dramatic water views wrap around its seven structures, which are thoughtfully positioned on more than 150 acres."
They are hiring talented full-time Intern Architects to join the growing, fast-paced team in both offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6months of internship experience in a professional office and proficiency with Revit. They are looking for individuals who are motivated, flexible, outgoing, and perform well in a team-oriented studio environment working with big budgets.

Your Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture
- At least 3-6 months of internship experience in a professional office
- Proficiency with Revit

The second job is to a talented full-time Project Architect to join the growing, fast-paced team in both offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in residential and/or wood frame projects and be proficient in Revit. They are looking for individuals who are motivated, flexible, outgoing, and perform well in a team-oriented studio environment working with big budgets.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture
- At least 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency with Revit
