RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare trailers for outbound shipments by moving conveyors in and out of trailers, stacking boxes and ensuring only correct boxes are being loaded; Inform Lead/Supervisor when trailer is nearing capacity
• Read BOLs and incoming product labels to ensure serial numbers match; count parts in totes to ensure quantities match the number indicated on the label; inform Lead/Supervisor of any discrepancies
• Use RF Scanner to check in materials, determine/verify pick location, scan materials to proper location, ensure space is available, split labels if needed, and print labels
• Use a hand pallet jack to move totes of material to assigned pick location; move material from tote into bin at assigned pick location, ensuring materials are stacked correctly and airbags are used if needed, scan product into bin; use a ladder or JLG lift to stock materials in elevated pick locations
• Remove any debris, labels, or stickers from empty totes for disposal and transport empty totes to designated staging area
• Perform regular cleaning and organizing duties including emptying bins and moving bin sheets and cardboard to their proper storage locations, checking bins for stray or damaged parts, and ensuring materials are being stored in a neat and organized manner
• Keep track of productivity by filling out a Daily Restock Log
• Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends
• Train new and existing team members on different functions of the warehouse area to ensure all are able to perform all tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
• Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position is responsible for ensuring equipment integrity and timely repair.

Job Responsibilities:
-Effectively support the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program with a goal of continually reducing unscheduled downtime.
-Perform Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment.
_Ensure safety by following all company policies including rules, procedures and lock-out/tag-out procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) personal standards, food safety standards as well as OSHA standards.
-Troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment as well as all plant electrical and mechanical systems including motors, instrumentation, distribution, feed control system and develop sustainable solutions accordingly .

Physical Requirements:
-Ability to lift 50-80lbs
-Ability to climb ladders, stairways, use manlift / scissor lift at ceiling height
-Specific abilities as close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.

Requirements:
- HS diploma /GED
-Food plant experience preferred
-Training and experience in use of Allen Bradley PLC's, VFD's, HMI, servos etc.
-Preferred minimum 2 years' experience or accredited courses with PLC's or completion or Basic Electricity and Basic PLC.
-Must be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480v,3phase, read and interpret electrical drawing .
-Preferred minimum of 3 years' experience maintaining manufacturing systems and equipment in an automated plant including experience in electro-mechanical/multi-craft/multi-skilled and maintenance practices,
-Strong plus if trained and experienced in compressed air systems, boilers and hydraulics
