Recruiter needed for a busy specialty recruiting company based in Forest Hill, MD. Recruiting is an extremely lucrative career that no one ever tells you about because there are no regulatory bodies that govern it, promote it, or educate the general public about it.

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates in the Construction and Engineering industry for direct placement opportunities with our clients.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a mechanic and have experience with hydraulics. Must also have own tools for this position.

Candidates should also have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Heavy Truck Shop Mechanic

Large Heavy Civil Contractor is looking for a shop mechanic to be based out of their Williamsburg location. The shop mechanic will be responsible for mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on heavy trucks (Dump Trucks, Low Boy, Fuel Trucks and Water Trucks)

Candidates must have:
Experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy trucks and heavy equipment.
Be familiar with DOT/state inspections
Be familiar with Cummings Insight, or other diagnostic software.
Live within 1 hour of Williamsburg.

Truck Driver/Moving Specialist :

-Must be capable of driving a motor vehicle up 25,999 lbs. GVW, 25 feet long.
-Be able to operate and maintain a 7,000 lb. forklift to load and unload vehicles.
-Be capable of operating electronic devices to use inventory management software.
-Be able to lift and carry furniture and boxes for delivery to and from customer homes.
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Must possess a valid driver's license and DOT for any/all class vehicles operated.
-Must possess a current forklift operator's certification.
-Must have the ability to read and write the English language

The Truck Driver/Moving Specialist is responsible for delivering materials and picking up contents. When not delivering or coordinating deliveries, The Truck Drive/Moving Specialist is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and has the authority to report regular offenders of clutter, sloppiness, and/or safety hazards.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK

Pay is between $18 and $22 an hour, currently in the process of securing health benefits.
