As our Shipping Coordinator, you will keep our warehouse operations running smoothly by managing daily logistics, schedules, and carrier communications. Your core tasks and responsibilites will include:
-Manage Dock Schedules: Coordinate the daily pickup and delivery calendar for the warehouse.
-Prepare Documentation: Generate all required shipping documents, bills of lading, and freight requests.
-Keep Teams Updated: Provide clear daily and weekly shipment schedules to all internal departments.
-Enforce Driver Safety: Ensure all incoming drivers sign in and follow company safety policies.
-Secure Freight Pricing: Prepare accurate shipping quotes and coordinate routine scrap shipments.
-Check In Freight: Inspect and log all incoming shipments and vendor deliveries.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Experience: Previous experience handling shipping paperwork, scheduling, or logistics.
Communication: Strong ability to speak professionally with truck drivers, carrier dispatchers, and internal teams.

As our Quality Auditor, you will ensure that the facility meets specifications and the expectations of the customer. This will comprise of conducting testing of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods; and making quality related decisions.
Responsibilties to include:
- Ensures that all work undertaken is carrie out safely and without injury.
- Ensures that all food safety issues are reproted to the appropriate manager.
- Ensures GMPs are followed at all times.
-Housekeeping duties performed throughout the shift.
-Dispose of scrap into proper containers.
-Initiates corrective action for non-conformances.
-Identify Opportunities for improvement and enter into See it, Sort it, Report it system.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs unassisted and to work while standing for 12 hour shift and any other duties assigned.

Position Description

A skilled position in the construction, maintenance, and repair of Communication Systems, Utility, and Highway Signage. This position works at various locations and may also be required to travel to another state depending on customer demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.

Position Responsibilities- Essential

Possesses working knowledge of all aspects of install/maintenance work including but not limited to Setting of concrete and wood poles, installing and maintaining digital messaging signs, Cabinets, Lowering Devices, and all related hardware, underground electrical utility services, setting up traffic control, operating necessary equipment (including digger derricks, boom trucks, bucket trucks, excavators, compactors, hand tools both manual and electric, etc.)
Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance, or repair work of site locations.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and using PPE
Assists with Rigging sign structures
Assists with Installing conduits underground
Maintains company vehicles, equipment, and tools in good working order.
Able to perform rigorous physical labor.
Capable of working at heights and/or confined spaces.
