Set up and operate die-cutting equipment, check product quality, troubleshoot, and make adjustments.

🕒 Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm
Training: 6:30am–3:00pm

Today marks the 30th anniversary of the start of my career with Flex-Staff. As I sit here thinking back over that time, I’m so grateful for all the amazing client relationships, friendships, and memories I’ve made along the way. I could never have imagined when I started as a receptionist all those years ago that I would one day become an Area Manager.

One of the things I’ve enjoyed most over the years is watching the people I’ve worked with grow, gain confidence, and become stronger versions of themselves. I’ve learned a lot along the way too—not just about the staffing industry, but about myself and what really matters.

Thank you to the founders of Flex-Staff, Bill and Carol, and to Mike and Steve for believing in me, giving me the opportunity to grow, and trusting me to take care of our Appleton and Fond du Lac clients. I’m truly grateful that they’ve allowed me to do what I love for the past 30 years, and for everyone who has been part of my journey. There have been a lot of people, a lot of laughs, a few challenges, and A LOT of wonderful memories!

Cheers to 30 years… and who knows, maybe another 20?!
