61% of households making over $250K a year drive Toyotas, Hondas, or Fords.

Not Teslas. Not Range Rovers.
Not flexing for strangers on the freeway.

Why?

Because real wealth doesn’t need to scream.

The Millionaire Next Door proved it years ago—most millionaires don’t look the part.

They’re too busy building actual freedom to care about looking rich.

Let that sink in:

You can either look rich now…
Or be rich later.

Your income means nothing if your habits suck.

Wealth is built with discipline, not designer logos.

What a beautiful day today. The early morning tour featured very light westerly winds that allowed me to take the group to the outermost bar for a walk around. Then we went out of the inlet and back to the lighthouse to watch a pod of 6 dolphin loll about in the gentle waves. gotta love it. Join me for a custom tour. www.creekdweller.com

Today was as beautiful as it gets in Charleston. We had a full moon tide and a sturdy high pressure system which allowed me to take my tour out into the ocean and go around the lighthouse. Join me at www.creekdweller.com for a personalized tour.

"A lot of you despise me,
And I don't understand why.
I am not ugly or deserving of your hate.
I survive every day on the streets,
That used to be meadows.
There are no tasty seeds,
Because you turned trees into buildings.
I eat what you throw on the ground,
Because I have no choice.
Water is harder and harder to find.
Do you know what it takes to survive in a world that is not mine anymore?
Please don't scare me or hurt me,
Just let me live -
Live in your world that was once mine.."

Beautiful day on the water yesterday . There was a minus tide so the group was able to walk to the lighthouse and peek into the tide pools . we found a Lettered Olive moving through the sand in search of a softer place to go under the sand and hunt its prey...other mollusks. It is the state shell. We watched a hermit crab try to drag another hermit crab off and unfortunately saw that the stranded sailboat is even further up on the shoreline. very sad. come join us for a couple of hours of discovery in the beautiful creeks and marshes of the Folly River. www.creekdweller.com
