🛠️ Maintenance Technician🛠️
Responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. This position performs routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoots equipment problems, and handles repairs involving electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, and fabrication work.
The Maintenance Technician will work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other team members to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe work environment. The position may also work with outside vendors and help train less-experienced maintenance employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Repair and maintain production machinery and equipment.
* Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential problems before breakdowns.
* Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
* Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
* Help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Work with vendors and other departments on repairs and equipment needs.
* Follow all safety and company procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
