Our Water and Wastewater Solutions team is proud to welcome Aaron Kreag as our Business Development Manager for the Texas Region. Over the last 15 years, Aaron has worked in both technical advisory and consultative sales roles with Power Engineers and Cityworks supporting various municipal, oil and gas, and utility clients. Aaron earned his BA in Geography from the University of North Texas and is a certified GIS professional with an infrastructure asset management certification through the Institute of Asset Management. His focus will be expanding Hydromax USA’s market presence and delivering world-class service to clients in Texas.

Aaron is an adventure-seeking road tripper and spends free time volunteering and doing geospatial analytics for missing persons organizations.

We know he will do great things for our clients. Welcome to the team, Aaron!

We are excited to welcome Stephen Coleman to the Hydromax USA team as our Business Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region! With more than 30 years of experience working with water and wastewater utility clients, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Company. His past work includes key roles with Ferguson Waterworks and Mueller Service Company. He has an engineering degree from North Carolina State University and is a licensed utility contractor in five states. Steve’s focus will be expanding Hydromax USA’s market presence and delivering world-class service to our water and wastewater clients in the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Steve is an active member of his church, roots for all things Wolfpack, and loves to spend time on the lake.

We look forward to the impact Steve will make and the success he will bring to our team. Welcome aboard, Steve!

Hydromax USA congratulates David Hamberlin on his recent promotion to Business Development Manager for Water and Wastewater Solutions for our Central States Region. David has built a superb reputation not only within Hydromax USA as a Regional Wastewater Operations Project Manager but also with his clients as an expert within the Wastewater industry. He is a NASSCO-certified trainer and currently serves as the NASSCO Operations and Maintenance Committee Chair.

Those who know David best know he’s passionate about serving his clients, cheering on his Kansas City Chiefs, practicing creative lawn maintenance, and growing the best beard in our company.

Congratulations David! We’re thrilled to see your growth here at HUSA and know you will flourish in this new role.

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments of our employees, clients, and partners in the natural gas, water, and wastewater utility industries. We’re grateful to have the opportunity to work with such dedicated and talented professionals across the United States and proud of the innovative solutions developed this year dedicated to advancing infrastructure field services and solutions.

These positions will drive the company’s growth by building strong client relationships with municipal water and wastewater utilities, employing consultative sales best practices, and providing value-added customer support. Job duties include prospecting, client need discovery, proposal writing, presentations, negotiations, and developing client solutions. While the roles will focus primarily on driving growth in their respective territories, both positions will support sales activities across the country as needed.
