The Advanced Radiology Technologists will meet all qualifications required of the Radiologic Technologist in addition to possessing current ARRT advanced certification(s) in radiographic modalities appropriate to the Imaging Department’s needs. Technologists must be current and competent in each advanced modality. This position is for CT/XR Night shift position, every Friday through Sunday.

✅Job Requirements:
Knowledge of /Skill/Ability to: Shall have a working knowledge of appropriate areas of this department and demonstrable ability/knowledge to perform procedures competently and independently in each area of advanced certification. CT and X-ray experience required. This position covers weekends.

✅License/Certification:
Must have ARRT Registration and Certification(s); must possess a current Oregon State Radiologic Technologist License; must maintain continuing education requirements as specified by the State of Oregon, and ARRT for each certified modality; mammographers will maintain MQSA
compliance; current BLS required through AHA.

✅Education and/or Experience:
Experience: Must have sufficient experience to meet all requirements of the Radiologic Technologist and recent clinical experience and competency in each additional modality.

This position is responsible to assess and coordinate direct and indirect perioperative activity (this includes surgical cases, endoscopy, and OB) and patient care. To perform clerical/computer tasks associated with perioperative activity. To assist other perioperative personnel and physicians/surgeons in surgical procedures and related tasks. To prepare the patient psychologically and physically for surgical procedures/treatments. To complete documentation thoroughly, timely, and accurately complying with guidelines therein. To act as assistant to Anesthetist. To assist in PACU when necessary. To take call on a rotational basis.

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of /Skill/Ability to: Demonstrates ability to remain calm and level-headed during crisis or emergency situations. Handles stress adequately. Ability to be a team player. Must have a thorough knowledge of AORN standards and Operating Room principles. Knowledge and previous application in aseptic technique and sterilization procedures. Thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and how it relates to surgical and anesthesia procedures.

License/Certification:
Currently licensed as Registered Nurse with the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Current BLS required upon hire (through the American Heart Association) and ACLS certification required within six months of hire. TNCC, PALS, NALS, or equivalent preferred.

Education and/or Experience:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. OR experience
necessary. PACU experience preferred. For RNs graduating within the last 12 months, or RNs that have not practiced in an acute care facility within the last 24 months and have not previously completed a residency program will be required to complete the CMH-provided Nurse Residency program.

The Infusion Nurse provides Infusion services including chemotherapy service to the oncology patients by assessing, planning, directing, evaluating, and performing skills related to care. Possesses the skills and judgment to act quickly, knowledgeably, and appropriately in any situation that may occur.
Coordinates all services necessary for the care of assigned patients including education, administration of medication, treatments etc. Administers medication as ordered through vascular access devices such as central lines, port a caths, PICC lines, etc. Assists physicians with procedures as appropriate and administers infusion services as ordered.

✅ Job Requirements
A thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures; knowledge and skills in techniques of good patient care whether medical or surgical, including multiple monitoring techniques. Demonstrates proficient computer skills. Must be flexible as needs arise and possess willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to a changing environment. Must possess assessment skills for all age groups. Must be familiar with chemotherapy “OCN” standards, practices, and recommendations. Must be able to read and write English, as well as speak and understand English. Must be able to operate office machines, as well as medical related equipment.

✅ License/Certification:
▶️Current active and unencumbered Oregon RN license
▶️Current Washington RN license
▶️Current AHA BLS certification
▶️ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Certificate or ONA Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate must be obtained within 6 months of hire

✅ Education and/or Experience:

Minimum Education: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.

✅ Minimum Experience:

A thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedure, and skills and techniques for adult care. Must possess assessment skills. Two years acute care experience required. Port or infusion experience preferred. For RNs graduating within the last 12 months, or RNs that have not practiced in an acute care facility within the last 24 months and have not previously completed a residency program will be required to complete the CMH-provided Nurse Residency program.
