Official Statement on Behalf of Mr. Newton and His Affiliated Businesses
On behalf of Mr. Newton and his affiliated businesses, we are issuing the following statement regarding the allegations that have recently come to light.
Our justice system is founded on the fundamental principle that every individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately, in today’s social media climate, there is often a rush to judgment before all of the facts are known.
The allegations against Mr. Newton are just that—allegations. He respectfully asks that the public reserve judgment until the facts have been fully presented through an independent, fair, and unbiased legal process.
Mr. Newton looks forward to his day in court, where he will have the opportunity to respond to these allegations and where the complete story can be presented.
We appreciate the continued support of our employees, customers, business partners, and the community as this process unfolds. Out of respect for the integrity of the legal proceedings, we will have no further comment at this time.
