We're looking for dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, inspect products for quality, and help keep operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

✅ Operate industrial production equipment
✅ Perform quality checks and measurements
✅ Troubleshoot and assist with basic machine maintenance
✅ Load and move materials safely
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

✔ Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
✔ Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
✔ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial setting

Preferred Experience:

Day Shift | Full-Time | 40 Guaranteed Hours + Overtime Opportunities

Do you love laying down clean welds and building products you can be proud of? We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our growing manufacturing team. If you can read blueprints and welding symbols, work safely, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do
Perform MIG welding on heavy-duty fabricated products
Read blueprints, weld symbols, and manufacturing drawings
Fit, weld, grind, and finish components to quality standards
Operate hand tools, grinders, forklifts, and overhead cranes
Work independently and with a team to meet production goals
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What You Bring
Welding degree or 2+ years of manufacturing welding experience
Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and manufacturing specifications
Ability to accurately use tape measures and inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
