Previous Placement / Recruiting experience a plus but not needed as FT paid training is provided for those that meet the minimum qualifications which include, but not limited to:

HS Diploma or Equivalent and at least 2 years Customer Service experience, phone based preferred. Healthcare industry knowledge a plus but not required.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 to 5
Well-established, stable and growing firm native to NW Arkansas. The location is easily accessible just W. of I49 and 412. The starting pay is $14.42 per hr ($30K) with a comprehensive benefit package.

Opening for an experienced Director of Philanthropic Development who can bring a positive, energizing attitude and a knack for developing long-term relationships in organizing and leading fundraising activities involving significant financial gifts, planned giving, donations and sponsor acquisition.

This position encompasses a wide scope of responsibilities representing a non-profit, community-centric organization which includes planning and coordinating all aspects of fund development and fundraising initiatives.
