Rock legend Bob Seger owns this massive lakefront estate in Orchard Lake, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit where he has deep roots. This upcoming opening is the result of the retirement of a well-respected, long-term Domestic Couple employed and deeply valued by the family.

We are seeking a polished, service-oriented, and multi-skilled Domestic Couple to oversee the seamless operation, including hospitality, culinary, and maintenance needs along with presentation of a private residence. Together, they will provide extraordinary service to the principals, family, and guests while ensuring the home, grounds, vehicles, and household operations are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include luxury hospitality and meal service, household management, property and facilities oversight, vendor coordination, guest reception, event support, errands, vehicle and grounds care, pool/beach preparation, seasonal projects, and occasional childcare and family support. The couple will work collaboratively, with flexibility to divide responsibilities according to their individual strengths. While these are very hands-on positions, there will be other staff to manage, including Spanish speaking employees.
