Monroe Staffing Services is looking for an energetic individual to join its Operations Team as a Clean Room Packager. The company is a fast-growing, fast-paced medical service provider for the top Orthopedic companies in the industry. Company business focus is the sterile and non-sterile packaging of medical devices. they also engage in other activities, such as mechanical inspection and assembly, which are designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. We are FDA and ISO registered and employ a detailed internal quality system to ensure ISO compliance.
Working collaboratively within the Operations team, the Clean Room Packager will have the following responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Package & label various medical devices
• Visual inspection of medical devices
• Seal pouches/trays
• Must follow all the specs outlined by the customer & Millstone Medical
• All other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• 2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow complex procedures
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
• Software and computer skills
• Math skills
• Organizational skills
• Mechanical Aptitude
• 20/20 Vision or corrected 20/20 Vision
• Previous Clean Room experience highly desired
