Today, we're recognizing Leanne’s 11 years with the FlexProfessionals team. We asked her to sum us up in one word. Here’s what she chose:

In her words:

We didn’t set out to build a staffing firm. We set out to solve a problem.

In 2010, our co-founders, Gwenn, Sheila, and Ellen, were returning to the workforce while raising young kids. What they discovered was a clear gap:

So, they built the bridge. And FlexProfessionals was born.

Last week, our team came together to support two organizations doing incredible work in our communities:
💜 Girls on the Run (GOTR): We helped prep for the upcoming GOTR race. Even a short visit to their office was a reminder of GOTR’s impact—building confidence and strength in young girls through movement.
🌸 Second Story: We hosted a Mother's Day Drive for young moms in need, and we were humbled by the outpouring of donations. What a powerful reminder of what’s possible when a community shows up.

We do this because we believe in showing up for our clients, candidates, and the communities we’re part of.
