The purpose and the objective of the First Four is to make positive contributions in terms of morale and service to junior enlisted personnel of Fairchild AFB, WA and the community at large. The First Four will bring important issues and concerns to the base Senior Enlisted Advisor. The First Four will encourage an attitude of unified purpose through awareness, community involvement, importance of education and career opportunities.

General information

TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP: A. There will be only one class of membership. All members will have the right to speak, make motions, and vote at meetings. Any individual assigned to Fairchild AFB that holds the rank of E-4 or below is considered a member of the First Four. B. Membership in the private organization can/will be terminated by a permanent change of station, promotion to the rank E-5, separation, or upon written request by the individual. C. Members will elect committees who are required to operate and control the various functions conducted by the First Four. D. Shoud any office of the First Four become vacant in excess of 60 days, a nominee will be appointed by the President.
