Haven’t posted in a little while but rest assured we have been working. Team Fischer was able to grow the Indiana Army National Guard by 22 people in FY25, all because all the people that help me do my job everyday, by constantly referring people to me. I don’t anywhere near do this myself. I was chosen to be the Recruiter of the year for Indiana, to rep the state in regionals. Almost finished with my bachelor’s from using the benefits the Guard has to offer. I was also promoted to Sergeant First Class, again all because the people I surround myself with. Everyday is a new chance to grow!
