HR Solutions, Inc. Is working with a global manufacturing company to identify an Accounting Manager for their team.
Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for multiple entities
• Manage both domestic and international accounting teams
• Perform product costing and inventory revaluations
• Review and record cycle counting and lead physical inventory count and reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions, such as accruals, expenses, and revenue recognition
• Process invoices, prepare payments, and ensure that vendors are paid on time
• Ensure proper invoicing to customers, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
• Conduct customer credit checks and manage associated risks
• Manage customer accounts directly and ensure timely collection of payment and reduction of bad debt
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred but not required
• At least 2–5 years of experience in an Accounting role
• Strong knowledge of standard accounting practices (GAAP and IFRS)
• Ability to work with Excel for managing data, performing calculations, and creating reports
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is highly desirable
Compensation:
• $120,000 - $130,000 / year depending on experience
• Excellent benefits offered

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news about our dear friend, Angela Noble's passing. Angela was an integral part of HR Solutions and where we are today. She headed up our executive coaching, training and development and outplacement for many years. Angela was well respected by all, and one of the best in the industry. She will be so very missed. We were lucky to have known her and blessed that she was part of our team for so many years. Rest Easy Friend. ❤️
Angela Noble had over 25 years in corporate America and as a small business owner of Leadership Resource Center, a local consulting firm. Angela also was experienced in HR where she specialized in organizational development, strategic planning, and executive recruiting. She was a Certified Organizational Development Consultant, a Certified Executive Coach, and a member of the International Association of Coaches. Angela also obtained the Certified Business / Executive Coach designation through the Certified Coaches Federation. She was a member of the Board of Directors and a past president of the Evansville Area Human Resource Association and a member of A Network of Evansville Women. She had numerous community affiliations including Community Marriage Builders, Parenting Time Center, Score, Ruth’s House, and Trinity College of the Bible. Angela started her career at HR Solutions in 2005 as the Vice President of Operations. Angela was a dedicated employee and friend to everyone at HR Solutions. She was a real bright spot for everyone around her and she will be profoundly missed by those that knew her.

Packing Operator - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - Paying $18/Hour

Position Summary:
The Packaging Technician is responsible for operating equipment during the ex*****on of scheduled tasks within a cGMP environment in the Packaging Department. The technician is responsible for quality and maintaining the highest standards in compliance within company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations. NOTE: Must be able to work any shift.

Responsibilities:
• Operate packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Must understand and comply with cGMP’ s, SOPs and site safety procedures
• Verify correctness of product and components for the NDC packaged
• Supply equipment with components and product. Lifting requirements may be up to 50 lbs
• Perform detection system challenges on applicable equipment
• Perform basic maintenance, changeover, set up, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment
• Clean, purge, and inspect packaging equipment
• Accountable for accurately documenting, packaging and cleaning activities in logbooks and electronic systems
• Perform quality attribute inspections and in-process testing (torques, induction seal integrity, leak tests, appearance, etc.)
• Rework packages according to SOPs or Rework Packaging Order to correct deviations
• Attend regular SHE and GMP meetings
• Share knowledge with co-workers for training purposes
• Work effectively in teams to meet monthly demand requirements
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and efficiency improvements, and implement fixes for these ideas
• Accountable for Line performance (OEE) and able to report hourly status of line to affected personnel to ensure timely resolution to issues. (i.e. Facilitators, Engineers)
• Must be able to work off shifts, weekends, alternative schedules, and rotate between shifts when production demands require
• Must be flexible to change
• Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- One-year experience in a production environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Basic Computer skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills

Preferred Background:
Experience in a pharmaceutical production environment
Knowledge of cGMPs

The Machine Operator is responsible for following standardized work instructions provided by clients. Basic duties will include, but are not limited to: loading and unloading product, packaging product, recording data and making adjustments to processes, completing quality inspections and working in a safe and collaborative manner.
Opportunities are primarily second shift but qualified candidates will train on all 3 shifts initially.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and move raw, in-process and finished materials on the fabrication line: loading and unloading material, capping material, packaging product, operate specialized equipment for mechanical assembly
• Follow standard operating processes to produce quality product
• Utilize computerized manufacturing system to perform production and labor reports
• Comply to all safety standards
• Comply to all standard operating procedures
• Communicate quality and continuous improvement opportunities to management’ s attention
• Visually inspect quality characteristics of product
• Keep work area clean, safe and organized (5S)
• Complete daily / weekly preventative maintenance activities
• Ensure all safety processes are being followed and that all safety apparatuses are in place
Qualifications:
• Must be available to work all shifts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass mechanical aptitude assessment aligned with job responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read and follow standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication preferred
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs from floor frequently
• Must possess dexterity for pushing buttons, turning levers / k***s and gripping

Qualifications:

Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Clerk - Must Have SAP

Position Summary:
HR Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for one of our large, long-standing clients.


Responsibilities:
Process and scan invoices in a timely manner
Research, reconcile, and resolve invoice issues
Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
Review and reconcile statements received
Provide customer service and support to internal departments and vendors with respect to various accounts payable inquiries
Maintain financial information, files and records including copies of paid invoices, checks, and approval documentation for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies


Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years’ experience in SAP
Previous experience with invoice processing and data entry
Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve


Compensation:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience
Excellent benefits offered
