Used to being “the only” in the room, I’m proud to work at a diverse firm with strong AAPI representation.

Let’s celebrate how far we’ve come in the last 20 years, but also recognize the continued importance of allyship, advocacy and action as discrimination is still very much a part of the AAPI experience.”

Happy Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day! March is a time to honor the remarkable achievements and contributions of women throughout history. It’s also a time to reflect on the progress made and the opportunities that lie ahead for women everywhere.

Today, more than ever, women are breaking barriers and making their mark in every field imaginable. From science to sports, from politics to the arts, women are leading, innovating, and inspiring change. As we celebrate Women’s History Month, let’s not only recognize the accomplishments of the past but also look forward to a future where every woman has the opportunity to thrive, succeed, and make history. Here’s to strong women everywhere! May we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.

Today we celebrate an extraordinary civil rights leader, Martin Luther King Jr, whose tireless efforts for equality continues to inspire us. Dr. King's unwavering dedication and belief in the power of love, compassion, and nonviolence left an indelible mark on the world. His historic "I Have a Dream" speech still resonates with hope and unity today. At Hanold Associates, we consider this a day of service, a day on not a day off, to honor his legacy. Our behavioral charter is to “see others, and lift them”, as we try to do our part in continuing the unfinished work of this remarkable leader.

It was an incredible honor to present the MacArthur Bowl Championship Trophy to the team, Coach Jim Harbaugh on behalf of the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame.

Hanold Associates is thrilled to welcome Heather Khoury to our firm from The New York Times Company! Heather joins us as a Partner based in the New York office where she focuses on recruiting corporate officers, including HR, Financial, Marketing, Legal and Technology leaders with an emphasis in Media, Entertainment, Sports and Non-Profit organizations.
 
Heather brings nearly 15 years of recruiting and human resources experience. She previously served as Vice President of Executive Recruiting at the New York Times Company, where she led executive leadership recruiting. Prior to focusing on executive hiring, Heather built and led the technology and digital recruiting team, hiring for roles across engineering, IT, product and project management, as well as design. Before the New York Times, she was in HR and recruiting leadership roles with the Council on Foreign Relations and eMusic.
