Customer Service Specialist – Eugene, OR
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Specialist who enjoys talking with people and building relationships. This position is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is interested in growing their skills in sales.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers over the phone and through email
• Follow up with potential customers and incoming inquiries
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide information about products and services
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people
• Organized, dependable, and motivated
• Basic computer skills
