Ambassador Personnel has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper in Enterprise, AL. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional with full-charge bookkeeping experience who can confidently manage all aspects of accounting operations and serve as the sole bookkeeper for the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing payroll and payroll taxes, preparing daily deposits, completing bank reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, generating financial reports, posting general journal entries, submitting sales taxes, and ensuring all accounts remain balanced and accurate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
Experience with SAGE100 is preferred; however, system training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.
