Kris Welsh, Branch Manager, is a native of Darlington, Wisconsin. Kris has been in staffing and recruitment since 1989. She was a Corporate Recruiter with Land O’Lakes for seven years, a Branch Manager and Area Manager with Manpower for seven years, and a professional/administrative Recruiter with Division 10 Personnel for three years prior to opening the Elkhorn CompleteStaff office.

Kris has been in staffing and recruitment since 1989. She was a Corporate Recruiter with Land O’Lakes for seven years in their Minnesota corporate office. Upon relocation to Elkhorn, she became the Elkhorn Branch Manager and later an Area Manager with Manpower. In 2003 she spent three years as a direct hire professional/administrative recruiter with Division 10 Personnel. In 2007 she helped American Technical Services open the first CompleteStaff branded office servicing the light industrial, skilled trades, clerical and semi professional staffing needs of local businesses. Kris has lived in the Elkhorn area since 1996. She is involved in St. Patrick’s Traditional Choir, the Walworth County Human Resources Association and the EAHS FFA Alumni and in the past has volunteered with a number of high school activities. Kris is a graduate of UW-Platteville.

Andrea Staley joined the CompleteStaff team in October 2019. Prior to joining CompleteStaff, Andrea held multiple Management and Human Resource positions during her 15 years with Chicago area Jewel/Osco grocery and drug stores. Andrea was responsible for store finances, payroll, inventory control, product merchandising/ordering as well as the hiring and training of new associates. During her time as a Corporate Human Resource Generalist, Andrea was responsible for employee relations, medical accommodations, benefits, state and corporate employee compliance and she learned recruiting techniques for part time, full time and management staff. Her experience in management has taught her the art of customer relations and staff management.
