💠Position Summary:
A leading e-commerce and fulfillment company is seeking an experienced Inventory Lead to oversee inventory control and support daily warehouse operations. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high operational standards.

💠Key Responsibilities:

Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations
Lead and support warehouse team members in daily operations
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of products
Monitor inventory systems (Ship Hero) for accuracy and completeness
Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate with management to meet customer service and fulfillment goals

💠Qualifications:
2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
