The Lincoln Trail Workforce Development Board (LTWDB) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Virtual Job Fair Platform to support workforce development activities across our eight-county region (Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington).

If your company offers an innovative virtual job fair solution, we invite you to review our RFQ packet and submit a quote.

Key Dates & Timeline:

RFQ Release: October 13, 2026

Questions Due: October 16, 2026 (by 4:30 PM ET / 3:30 PM CT)

Quotes Due: October 21, 2026 (by 12:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM CT)

Contract Implementation: November 1, 2026
