Customer Service Representative

Job description
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with superior client and customer service skills, strong analytical thinking, and good time management skills. Must be able to multitask and make appropriate decisions when the situation dictates. In addition to customer service responsibilities, the position involves sorting mail for EBS, keeping up on all applicable policies and procedures, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service/Call Center; industry-specific
• Thorough understanding of and ability to comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and work productively in a fast-paced/deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well and be supportive in a team-oriented environment

The position is full-time and nonexempt.
Spanish-speaking a plus
Salary $45,000
