If you want to move from "candidate" to "new hire," you need to stop sounding like a robot. Here are 5 high-level strategies to help you dominate your next interview:

1️⃣ Start with the Result: Don’t wait for the end to share your wins. Lead with the impact. "I reduced downtime by 20% at my last facility. Here is how..."
2️⃣ The Rule of Three: When asked about your skills, give exactly three pillars (e.g., Technical Precision, Safety, and Reliability). It makes you memorable and focused.
3️⃣ Own the Skill Gap: If you haven’t used a specific software or machine, flip it. "I’ve mastered similar systems in under a week. What’s the biggest challenge your team has with this specific tool?"
