PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for a commercial and residential asphalt company in Auburn, New York. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with impeccable attention to detail, have previous experience working in an office environment, have QuickBooks experience, able to perform administrative tasks including payroll, and excellent communication skills in order to provide support to tradesmen, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities:
Process subcontractor and supplier billings
Assist with Quality control of subcontract and supplier billing procedures and invoice compliance to ensure accuracy
Communicate with subcontractors and project management staff regarding subcontract billings as needed
Maintain and document all payroll records
Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
Generate, review and correct time cards and issue manual checks as necessary
Payroll data entry of new hires, transfers, changes and terminations
Calculate and process commissions, incentives, bonus and supplemental income payments
Manage non-compliant subcontractor and supplier invoices
Ensure compliance of joint check process for identified subcontractors and suppliers
