Justin racked up some airline miles this week! ✈️

He started Monday in Salt Lake City working with the 1-800-Packouts team on 2027 strategic planning. “I’m really excited to be part of their continued growth and to help turn big goals into winning strategies.

Then I crossed the country to Washington, D.C., where I had the opportunity to work with the RAM Restoration team on DISC training.

One thing I love seeing is ownership that’s willing to invest in its people. When you take the time to better understand your team—how they communicate, what motivates them, and how they work together—you’re investing in the long-term health of the business.
