Office Support Assistant

Location: Greenfield, IN

Duration: Contract – 90+ days

Wage: $15 - $17.50 / hour

Hours: 8am – 5pm


A local Greenfield company is seeking an Office Support Contractor to join their team on a temporary basis. The primary functions of this position will be to support staff members in tasks such as processing paperwork for the department, collating papers and data entry. The best fit candidates must have customer service experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, possesses a high attention to detail, and take direction from multiple sources within the company.


What we need from you:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum of two years working in an administrative role
• Exceptional customer service skills with a Customer-Focused Mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Previous SAP experience is preferred, but not required

Production Planner Supply Chain Consultant

Location: Greenfield, IN

Duration: 18+ month contract (could be long term, pending the right fit candidate)

Compensation: $55k - $70k / year + full benefits package

Sedona AG Services is partnering with a large manufacturer seeking to add two Production Planner / Supply Chain Consultant to their Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Consultant / Production Planner is responsible for managing contract manufacturers in the North America region. The best fit candidates will have a solid working history in Production Planning in a manufacturing or production setting. There are two current vacancies.



What you get to do:

Review product demand during monthly demand consolidation
• Prepare monthly production plan for assigned product families & present at ROP
• Maintain schedule and capacity plans and review with external manufacturers
• Release POs to contract manufacturers and maintain valid dates/quantities
• Represent supply chain on the joint process teams by ensuring production plans are communicated & capable of being met
• Manage inventory through review of slow moving materials, materials nearing expiration/re-evaluation, and inventory accuracies
• Monitor inventory levels at affiliates and ensure inventory is maintained within targets. Create inventory exception notifications when inventory is predicted to exceed target levels.


What we need from you:

• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing / supply chain management
• Bachelor’s Degree, Supply Chain or Business studies
• A power user / proficiency in SAP / APO
• Confidence and professionalism in communicating and influencing people
• Proven experience and ability to negotiate effectively
• High detail orientation, multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Self-starter with ability to problem solve and build relationships

Customer Service Specialist - Manufacturing

Location: Greenfield, IN

Compensation: $18 - $23/hour

*** Must possess manufacturing / supply chain customer service experience. Please only apply if you meet qualifications. ***



Sedona AG Services is partnering with a company in the greater Greenfield, IN area and seeking for a Customer Service Specialist position that supports the Manufacturing North America business unit. The division manages the supply relationship with multiple contract manufacturers and this role is the primary point of contact for customers and must ensure routine communications with customers and planners.

What you get to do:

--Ensuring that product shipments are in compliance with requirements
--Coordinating the appropriate documentation and reports required for shipments
--Track incompatible orders & implement corrective actions to resolve.
--Track the status of when items are due for delivery
--Review affiliate inventory levels before shipping to ensure shipments do not exceed inventory targets.
--Assisting the supply chain personnel with customer service duties.
--Partner and coordinate with planners to determine the availability of product
--Proactively communicate with customers by providing routine updates on status of orders and monitoring inventory exception notification’s.
--Maintain customer service SAP data such as pick/pack/prep duration, transportation duration, loading group, shipping point, etc.

What we need from you:

--Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study or equivalent work experience.
--Proficiency with computer systems including:
SAP R/3,
Microsoft Office products
--Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with ownership responsibility.
--Demonstrated data analysis
--Strong communication skills (written and oral).
--Good teamwork skills - consistently and collaboratively seeking win-win solutions
--The role must understand and comply with all applicable Governmental and
Regulatory requirements
