General Office Duties
Responsible for all mail distribution
Compose and type routine correspondence.
Responsible for preparing certified mail.
Responsible for answering and screening telephone calls, greeting scheduled visitors and preparing and maintaining conference rooms in preparation for visitors.

Other Duties
Assists Accounting Department with accounting matters as assigned.
Assists with annual physical inventory of office assets.
Account Payable: Researches and prepares general payables for approval and payment.
Reviews daily time clock system for clock – in and clock – out.
Responsible for weekly temporary timecard preparation.
Account Receivable: Handles the routing of AR invoices once the invoices have been prepared.
Responsible for detailed tracking of invoices through spreadsheets.
Responsible for recording general payable invoice detail on spreadsheets.
Responsible for current tracking of ISO documentation.
Assists all departments, as needed.
Monitor lease payable spreadsheet and reconcile it to the monthly vouchers.

Mark credit hold recommendations to the AR Manager based on payment history and feedback from customer.
