Client is seeking a Property Manager/Compliance Manager to provide support and direction on compliance issues and ensure that staff are fully trained according to current compliance regulations and industry best practices. Candidate needs to have the ability to work in a fast paced, highly regulated and customer focused environment.



PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Maintain a current understanding of compliance regulations for all types of housing that company manages

· Develop & maintain a plan for continuous improvement in compliance across the organization

· Source, coach and develop staff to increase their ability to achieve organizational results

· Implement a system for vetting and monitoring training completed by staff

· Establish & maintain strong relationships with key partners





IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Affordable property management-industry regulations

· LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 programs

· HCCP or equal certification

· 2-3 year’s experience
