WHO we are is pretty simple, we are a few guys (soon to be a group of people) who worked together in the software business and were lucky, some would say good, the truth is it's a bit of both, to build successful careers, make a great living and more importantly make a difference. In the midst of running the business we saw a big problem and that problem sparked us to begin asking bigger questions. Questions that prompted us to think more about significance than success. The result is HASL. Who we are is way better told through our mission and values.
We see a PROBLEM that needs solved. There is a major leadership GAP in the software business. Our first hand experience has shown us that poor leaders hurt people and great leaders can change lives in positive ways. Unfortunately most leaders today simply don't know what to do and it's not all their fault. As an industry we have created the problem. There are a number of reasons for it which we address in our work, but the fact is that leaders are failing. Don't take my word for it, check the stats.
WHAT IF, we leverage our highly successful software leadership experience. track record & the time tested process of success that we know works, combine it with emerging best practices and continuous learning and integrate it with our personal values. Maybe just maybe we could.......
