NOW HIRING Lift Truck Operator: The lift truck operator position is responsible for the timely, accurate loading of outbound shipments, as well as inbound of finished goods put away of finished goods from production line.
• Accurate loading of outbound shipments.
• Properly documenting and unloading inbound loads.
• Properly documenting any changes on Bills of Lading.
• Transfer finished goods from production line to storage rack or transfer trailer.
• Proper documentation of product location movement.
• Maintain proper GMP conditions on loading docks and warehouses.
• Demonstrate good attendance.
• Assist with Quality System Documentation.
• Notify Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies on Bills of Lading.
• Assist with physical inventories.

- Dump or pour specified amounts of correlation matrix into machinery.
- Tend accessory equipment to move materials or ingredients through production processes.
- Dislodge and clear jammed materials or other items from machinery or equipment, using hand tools.
- Maintains clean work station.
- Ensure that all GMP's and Safety procedures are followed at ALL times.
- Monitor and assess performance of machinery and make needed adjustments .
- Collecting rework (bending,walking, climbing stairs and/ or ladders)
- Able to work in a production area with fast moving equipment, moderate to high noise levels and intermediate temperature changes.
- Ability to shift priorities on a very short notice.

- Knowledge of operating Machinery used in the production trade.
- Great physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive work activities and movements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Execute formulation/process experiments and provide constructive feedback and recommendations.
- Load ingredients into mixing machine.
- Starts machine and monitors mixing cycle to ensure proper blending mixture.
- Maintains and sanitizes workstation and equipment. Performs quality checks as required.
- Works with production/maintenance as necessary.
