Your job duties will include

Production Workers

Fitment and/or LCP Production - pack loading, fitment lid loading, hand bagging, bag straightener, bag sealer, box making, case lpacking, tote stacking, power stacking, hand packing
Hand packing, sealing cases, erecting cases, manual palletizing, bagging. LCP Production/Manual packing - tub making, pallet jacking, taper operating, case erecting, palletizing, hand packing

Responsible for the flow of product and material through a production line facility. Duties include moving products to appropriate staging areas and preparing material for production, unloading product and proper documentation. Ensure that product supply is available on the line. Ability to manage priorities and workflow Ability to perform the physical labor.
Required to work Overtime if needed.
A flexible schedule is required due to the change in production runs.

All applicants must:

Have 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
•
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test
•
Must be 18 years old or older
•
Have Steel-toed shoes (required).
•
Pay $10- $10.25 per hr.

Supervisors

Responsible for maintaining proper discipline, Quality Standards, Operating Standards, GMP, Safety, Housekeeping and taining of employees on during their scheduled shift and in the absence of the On-Site Manager
•Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
•Staff shifts to meet Procter and Gamble’s operational needs
•Create Monthly schedules / Mentor leads and associates
•Lead 30-35 hourly employees in multiple areas during an 8 hour shift.
•Train new employees and leaders in duties and responsibilities of their positions.
•Assigns positions, leads starting up and shutting down production lines.
•Ensures proper use of labor and machines, and ensures line operations are handled according to standards.
•Sets the example and observes all company policies, and prescribed work breaks and meal periods.
•Instructs Employees in the proper use of machinery; assists in teaching proper methods and techniques; monitors progress of employees to assist supervisor in evaluation and counseling.
•Properly document timesheets and turn them in for pay processing on a daily basis.
•Communicates line discrepancies with Procter and Gamble Shift Leads
•Participates in problem solving for non-conforming product and area specific problem solving.
•Must have buy in to Manpower’s requirements to provide exceptional service to Procter and Gamble
•Willing to report to work at all hours if short staffed and Manpower needs support to staff the lines.
